How does the program work?
All Q6Pitches programs are delivered remotely. Athletes receive a structured plan based on their selected tier, along with video feedback, check-ins, and ongoing adjustments throughout the month.
How do I send videos for review?
Athletes (or parents) submit pitching videos through a shared platform (text, email, or Google Drive). From there, breakdowns and feedback are provided for the selected plan.
How quickly will I see results?
Every athlete is different, but with consistent effort and proper execution, improvements in mechanics, arm health, and performance can begin to show within the first few weeks.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. The programs are designed to be flexible based on what you have access to. Adjustments can be made, whether you have full gym access or minimal equipment.
What makes Q6Pitches different?
Q6Pitches is built around a complete system, not random drills. Every part of the program connects, focusing on velocity, command, and durability with a clear structure and purpose.
Which program should I choose?
Choose the tier that best fits your current level and commitment. If you are unsure, start with a level that matches your experience. Adjustments can always be made over time.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Athletes can move to a higher tier at any time as they progress and need more support.
Is this only for pitchers?
Yes. Q6Pitches is specifically designed for pitchers looking to improve performance on the mound.
How do payments work?
Programs are billed monthly. Once subscribed/enrolled, athletes will receive their plan and onboarding instructions to get started immediately.
What happens after I sign up?
After signing up, you'll receive onboarding instructions, including how to submit videos, follow their program, and stay in communication throughout the month.
